The bill that I received was lost. I called this company to ask to get the information to log on and pay the bill or for them to send another copy of the bill & they refused. They told me that I could pay over the phone or mail in a check to the address that she provided me with. I explained that I was not just handing out my card information to some random person on the phone with no bill or records to where it was going.
