i was looking for an entry level bike. i'd expected to make multiple stops around bike shops instead of going to a big box store, but wound up only stopping here. unlike bike shops i'd been to in the past, there was NO snobbery, and the guy who helped me out was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and didn't judge my entry-level needs. will be back for any biking needs, for sure.
