Went in based upon a recommendation of a friend. Folks were extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and actually explained all of their bikes for me. There was no hard sell or pressure. I returned a couple of days later and bought the bike of my dreams.

We had a great experience buying our son and daughter a mountain bike this week. We are hoping/planning on them joining the Caldwell Composite (Black Bears) mountain biking team. The shop is really nice, and in such a cool location. I recommend everyone check it out.
Great shop! The guys are very welcoming and know their stuff. It's also doesn't hurt that they serve beer. :)
