Had a pleasant experience today at Carolina Orthopedic. DR.RENTZ was very nice and helpful.
This is the most unprofessional office I've ever dealt with. I have left several messages and the office manager hasn't returned one of them.
Very confused!! Piedmont discharged Kimberly from our ER visit Friday to follow up with Carolina Ortho. Well called this morning as instructed and was told they would not see her, even as a cash paying patient. They said we have to go to Ortho Carolina since she was seen at Piedmont. What!!!!!! Will never ever give them my business!! They are who she was actually referred to and they refuse to see her! Even asked a manager and was denied service!!
I was hesitate to put this on fb but Carolina Orthopedic and Spine refused to see me till I "stop having seizures " yes refused me medical treatment due to the fact I'm disabled, the nurse that was in the room looked at him (Dr Davis) like he'd lost his mind.. I started crying of course and when I was leaving the nurse chased after me to apologize and tell me to go help at another spine surgeon. .. it's a really sad time when a doc can turn u away for being disabled :( (rant over)
I saw a waiting room full of people waiting for ever just to be told their doctor had an "emergency" and they have to reschedule their appointment for the next day in Ft Mill! Pathetic!!! If you can't staff a doctor to actually be there to work, DON'T WASTE OUR DAMN LIVES WAITING!!! We left without even seeing a Dr after my wife's hip replacement. You people are ate the hell up! I am very sure that anyone giving this fuster cluck more than one star probably works there!
