My first time in their service area. This was a slow leak on front tire of my GW trike. They were able to give me a time to come in, replaced valve stem (which is as much work as a tire), kept the price reasonable (could have charged more for trike and "ring of fire" hubs) and had me out in about an hour. I also bought Amsoil for my two bikes at a Veteran discount (ask for it). Treated good by all.
Worst place to call to get parts. Called 4 times,on hold forever was asked for number twice to call me back. 4 hours later still no call still can't get the parts guy on fone. Didn't really want to ride 49 miles to find out if a part was in stock. Hate to wait a few days to get my parts but just ordered on line. Way cheaper any way. Best thing is they answer the fone first ring. Didn't have to wait on hold for 20 minutes to be told sorry their busy call back. Just lost a loyal customer. So far so good. They have been easy to work with and haven't tried to over charge me for parts and labor. The service guys have been very helpful with suggestions of ways to save money!
