Excellent customer service. I took my bike in for a new rear tire. They recommend another tire that would best fit my needs at a much lower cost. Many thanks to Jim and his crew.

Had an amazing experience getting our bike! Traci was great she did everything she could to make sure everything went smoothly! I any one is looking ask for her she knows what she is doing!
Do not buy parts from this dealership. I called to check on a part and the lady said she would check and call me back in ten minutes. A hour later and no call. I call back and a guy answers and I ask about my part and was told only half the order was in. I told him that the lady said she would call me back in ten minutes and I didn't receive a call. He said "well we are wide open here"! No regard for the customers time or that their job is to sell parts and take care of the customers. Big fail. Other issue is that when I ord... read more
