Dr. Clarke is great - very knowledgeable and she clearly explained the options that are available. I look forward to working with them. Front desk staff was also great - very friendly and helpful.
Very competent experienced staff and even higher level of bedside manners and customer care and communication with Jennifer Clarke. Felt informed and comfortable walking out with having newly put on hearing aids.

I met with Dr. Jennifer Clarke at Carolina Health and Hearing for a hearing test and consultation. She was outstanding in every way. Dr. Clarke is very professional and polite with a strong ability to explain everything in a clear way. In addition, she is very thoughtful and a great communicator. The front desk lady is very helpful and polite too. A positive experience from start to finish! I cannot think of any improvement.
