From the receptionist to the Dr, a very pleasant experience. I brought my 81 year old mother for her first hearing test. We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the office. A very professional experience. The Dr took her time explaining what she would do, step by step. After completing the exam, Dr Clark shared her results. We were given the opportunity to talk and ask questions. We left with more knowledge and understanding than we had when we arrived. 100% recommended.
