I called for some information and to possibly make an appointment. The person I spoke with was very helpful and very nice, so I made the appointment. Also, I mentioned the two reviews that were posted in January of 2010 were not very good. The receptionist told me that had made changes in the office staff. If the medical personnel are as friendly, I may change doctors.
Was in the office last week, and left message for Dr. Frye's nurse a few days later. My call was never returned. Called back in this morning and the girl at reception has bad attitude. The best she can do is transfer me to voice mail and HOPE that my call is returned. Said she has no control over whether or not they return their calls. Her attitude is "I just work here" . This is sad because I really did like Dr. Frye, but will not go back if they can't return a call.
Dr, Jones is awesome. However the staff from the reception area all the way to the nurses are rude, sassy and just down right ridiculas. There is one nurse there names Jenna (I think) that is also wonderful. It is ashame that the qualifications to work in doctors offices are to be rude. Dr. Jones and Jenna should start their own business.
