This was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. My husband paid $85 for only 5 roses. He was told to pay first and return after 15 minutes due to many orders. When he came back, the roses were clearly not fresh. They looked old and wilted. For $85, we expected fresh, good quality flowers. The quality did not match the price at all. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. They quoted $15 per flower, which should have come to $75 in total, but then tried to charge $85 at checkout. When pointing out the discrepancy, they made excuses instead of correcting it. However, when multiple customers challenged the price and confirmed it should be $75, they eventually backed down. It felt dishonest and opportunistic as if they were hoping customers wouldn’t notice the overcharge. Very disappointing experience.

Very disappointed with this shop. I purchased flowers that were not fresh they were wilted and looked old. This is completely unacceptable for a florist. When I raised the concern, the staff were unhelpful and spoke in their own language instead of assisting. It made the situation very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customers deserve fresh flowers and clear, respectful service. Unfortunately, this shop failed on both counts
