Billy is SO knowledgeable and friendly! He knew my opener model number before I did without even seeing it! Great communication and overall an awesome experience.
Carolina Door and Trim originally installed my garage doors in 2008 and exhibited the highest professionalism in the installation. 13 years later, the garage door opener's belt wore out and Billy was very quick to come by and replace the belts. This past week, my torsion spring broke, and once again, Billy was able to respond and made quick work of replacing the spring.
