THIS DEALERSHIP KNEW I WAS COMING FROM WEST TENNESSEE TO PURCHASE A 2000 DODGE DURANGO WE SPOKE AT LEAST 10 TIMES IN REFERENCE TO THIS TRUCK AND NOT ONCE DID HE MENTION A "DOCUMENT FEE" WHEN I ARRIVED AT HIS DEALERSHIP 522 MILES FROM HOME AND RAY SINGH LEFT ME WITH $44.99 DOLLARS TO GET HOME!!! THEN UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION IT TURNS OUT THAT BECAUSE I AM FROM OUT OF STATE I WOULD BE DOING ALL THE DOCUMENT WORK NOT THEM. Do not ever buy a car here!!!! My step son bought a car here and we went to go get the tags and were told it was still registered in the previous owners name!!! That is illegal!!! We have reported them to the NC License and Theft Bureau! Ray in particular is very rude and condescending, and talks over you and says nothing but lies! They have repeatedly lied to us about the title, tags, and paperwork! Run as fast as you can away from this scamming “business”!!!

They were extremely rude. Didn't want to give us the license tag we paid for until the first payment was due even though the 30 day tag would be out for a week! Threatened to repo the car if the first payment isn't made on the exact due date!

Ray, Paul and Felicia were so easy to work with. This was the easiest car buying process I have ever had. Very nice car with a payment I love. They were so patient and upfront about everything. Bought a car this past February from jerry hunt and wish I could take it back and buy another from Carolina direct auto. If your even thinking this is the place for you, trust me it is. 100% will be using them again
paid cach for a vehicle. it didnt on the 1hr drive back home. vehicle cut off, replaced the batter an alternative. vehicle cut off again, this is all 1 day of owning the vehicle. go on highway when test driving. get the vehicle hot. this sucks. just be careful when spending money!
Through the whole process of buying the truck was nice but my check engine light came on the day after buying it! apparently they didnt replace the brakes because a week later they were metal to metal and I had to replace the rotors along with the brakes! it has a exhaust manifold leak that they said they wouldn't fix because it's an "inexpensive fix", the tire pressure system is broken havent been able to figure out what's wrong with it because all the tire sensors are good;had the code cleared and it came back on again. Bought Jeep from there broke down within a week had problems mechanic said should have been mentioned and they didn’t help at all for any of it. Will not recommend them to anyone
