We were sold a 2010 truck with a lift and we were also sold a 2000.00 warranty for this truck. The transmission goes out and we are told the warranty will not cover the transmission because the truck has a lift. The warranty people said to go to the dealership ship they couldn’t do anything. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE. If so, take it to your trusted mechanic and test drive it long distance. Do not get screwed over like some of us. PLEASE PLEASE be careful with this dealership. You will get stuck paying for a car that ends up with tons of problems. I'm currently stuck with a debt that won't run because I didn't read the dang reviews about this shady place.
RecommendedWithout a doubt the best car buying experience ever! Paul, Ray and Omar went above and beyond to help us get the financing we needed at a lower interest rate than expected. They even stayed a little after hours with us and just talked like we were old friends. I looked four 4 days for a new truck Carolina direct auto was a big help .they said if we don't have what your looking for we will help you find it ! and sure enough I love my new dodge outdoorsman truck .
My son bought a Dodge Ram from here 6 weeks ago and 2 weeks after buying it he started having problems, he has spent a lot of money trying to fix the issue only to find out it’s more than likely going to possibly need a new motor. I attempted to work with Paul Hazel and see if they would make it right and they were unwilling to cooperate. Omar was wonderful to work with. He made sure to be honest and open with us. I wasn’t sure I was going to purchase the car I looked at so I went to a larger dealership that had promised me a better deal and I ended up turning around and coming right back to Carolina. Just bought my car from them two days ago. They were very friendly and kind. This was my first alone car purchase and they walked me through every step explaining when I asked questions. They were also very catering to talking to me about the car and test driving felt like a casual drive with a friend. 5 Stars would buy from them again.
