We paid in full (before supplemental request) one month prior to scheduled date so that parts would be ordered ahead of time. Our daughter was only home for a few weeks over holiday break. However parts were not ordered ahead of time and what should have taken about a week took three. It was dark when we got home to thoroughly look at the repairs.
