0 Star : My Experience Tim is awesome. Very responsive and forthcoming with updates. We were disappointed in the time it took to complete the repairs. We paid in full (before supplemental request) one month prior to scheduled date so that parts would be ordered ahead of time. Our daughter was only home for a few weeks over holiday break. However parts were not ordered ahead of time and what should have taken about a week took three. It was dark when we got home to thoroughly look at the repairs.
