This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I put in two applications and called. The first time the owner (Joe) answered and acted as if he were someone else and would let the real Joe to call me back about my application. But I know it was him because I had went to the dealership the day prior and watched him voice change to customers on the phone. SMH!! what happened to good old fashioned customer service. Had to wait on owner for almost 2 hours before we could talk or test drive a car only a mechanic was there some of the cars were ok they had many simple things wrong with them an the price was not great considering broken or things missing from cars
Hated to give 1 star. Im amazed at these reviews or NOT. This the same dealership i purchased a car from. They moved from Gastonia to rock hill shady bc they ran out without paying rent on their building. Never received a tag, title none of that was legit. They just disappeared. These people are definitely frauds n they are up to no good. You've been warned several times.
This place is full of crooks and they don’t deserve anyone’s business! If you’re an honest, hardworking individual, do yourself a favor and don’t spend your money here! They allowed me to do my application and put a partial down payment on a car. They dragged out my process for weeks. I never even signed any paperwork stating that I’m actually purchasing anything! After talking to a worker there, I found out they don’t even have the keys to the vehicle that I put my money down for. I’ve asked for my money back multiple times... read more
This is definitely not the place to go to shop for a car. You will get ripped off and be getting ur paper tags switched each month. Titles not right and much more
