Good Day 1 – I too live in a condo which Ms. Wolf manages and am actually several buildings down from what happened. One of the residents told me about putting a review on this site so I decided to do the same. I have lived here for 15 years and Carol has managed this property. I was on the Board of Directors and at the time we had approximately $4,000 in reserves. She takes very good care of us. She budgets our money well as we now have almost $280,000 in reserves. BEST MANAGEMENT IN TOWN – I have lived in condos for over 25 years and Carol Wolf has managed two including the one I currently reside in. I live in a building which has a slope and the other night the sewer line broke causing each of our six units to flood with raw sewage. This happend around 1 am. Carol was personally onsite in about 30 minutes. She had a plumbing company there about the same time she arrived and that is when we discovered it would take several days to repair. Carol wolf always helpful! – I was sad to see theses reviews b/c the staff at CWM has always been courteous and helpful. We have been in a property they manage for 5 years now and their staff is the reason.
Not a wise choice – My experience with this company was very frustrating. Many of my neighbors and I are so happy our HOA is no longer managed by CWM. Our HOA had a substantial increase in expenses during our contract with CWM while the appearance of our homes declined. When owners started asking why we were having financial issues, phone calls and emails to their office were very often not returned. Very displeased with Carol Wolf – I have also had a bad experience with Carol Wolf management and would not recommend them to anyone who has a choice in property management companies. If I had known how bad of a management company they were before I bought my condo, it would have definitely made a difference in my buying decision. They are completely non-responsive, they do not answer residents concerns and show a very general lack of professionalism, respect and integrity. not happy either – I'm with snuggs and the rest of these unhappy people. sweetpea you have no clue what you are speaking about. You obviously were lucky enough to get a nice quiet happy apartment here.
Great place – I have had nothing but good experiences with this management company. As for the grass mowing, they do it every 2 weeks where I live. I've heard him try to get in to some of the back yards to mow, but some people leave their dogs outside, and he can't do the yard with dogs in the yard. Do you have a dog ?My place was in really bad shape when they took over, but the new owners with the management company are doing all they can. Carol Wolfe Management – Well sweetpea, maybe you don't have the problems that the rest of us have because you don't live in the same units as we do. If you read closely, I did not say that my credit was bad.. I SAID, they told me that the DON'T check anyones credit. My credit is perfect.
