Dr. Cotton is truly the best OB-GYN I’ve ever had. I recently came across an old prescription she recommended over five years ago and while I tossed it, it reminded me to finally write this review. Dr. Cotton, this is Mrs. Robinson (we even shared the same wedding ring, if that jogs your memory). I genuinely miss having you as my doctor. Hi, I would love to share my amazing experience and connection i had with Dr. Carol Joy Williams Cotton, MD. She was sweet, positive, great sense of humor and always making my husband and I laugh. We are blessed to have her as my doctor. Now that my son River has been born, we will truly miss seeing and interacting with Dr. Carol Joy. Thank you for everything you have done for us and everything that you do on a daily basis. Kaiser is lucky to have you as part of their team.
Bedside manner: Top tier. Extremely knowledgeable. Proactive in preventive care. Expert in field. Empathetic and thoughtful.
This was over 10 years ago, but I hope she has changed for the better. Unfortunately, when I saw her, she was extremely rude and dismissive of my severe menstrual pains. She had no interest in helping me, so I never went back. Thanks for a terrible experience, I would have thought a woman would be more understanding, especially one who was the head of the department.
Highly knowledgeable, patient, kind, thorough, excellent listener and gentle. Gave clear explanations. Inspired confidence.
