Carol Kick and the staff at Baylor Scott & White are amazing. I usually don't get excited about doctors or visits but Carol is attentive, remembers my history, friendly, willing to discuss multiple options for treatment and is just a kind person. Her staff is extremely attentive and diligent at dealing with questions, billing, prior auths, prescriptions, phone calls, squeaking in appointments and so much more. Need new front desk reps. I called to schedule an appointment and after waiting on hold for 15 mins, maybe longer, I disconnected and called back because I thought maybe they forgot that I was holding only to have their answering service pick up to advise they'd left for the day and the calls were now being forwarded to the answering service.
