Had my daughters car for a week and a half. It had no power to the starter. So he tells her he has no idea what’s wrong with it and she needs to be patient. He didn’t want to release the car and charged her $500.00 for diagnosis and he couldn’t fix the car and he wouldn’t even give her a list of what he diagnosed. So had the car towed to another shop and it was fixed in 2 days for under $300.00 This guy is a crook and calls himself a mechanic. I will never be back BEWARE
I've had work done here oil changed and alternator changed alignments. Carneeds is the place to go and the works actually completed and done right with no worries. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of work done. Very honest fair prices and kind people.
Love Carneeds they have been taking care of my Murano very good. I strongly recommend them to anyone for oil changes and other mechanic work thanks again.
We were on a family trip from KS to Disney World when our water pump went out on Friday night in Paducah, KY. A quick tow over to CarNeeds on Saturday morning and in just two hours the wonderful mechanics had our van roadworthy again and we completed our trip to Orlando and then our return home without incident. I highly recommend CarNeeds and their mechanics when you are in need. They will take care of you. A grateful traveler.
My car wouldn't start at about 10am, Carneeds was able to tow my car in 30 minutes and give me an estimate about 30 minutes after that! I had my car back and repaired by 3pm. Wonderful service, competitive prices and will definitely be going back!
These people are complete rip-offs. We took our truck in to get an oil change. ONLY an oil change. The owner came out and ran down a list of things it needed. Said "thanks. We will take care of it. Just do the oil change." He ended up doing those things anyway and charging us 70 dollars more than an oil change was. I called to complain and he yelled at me. After yelling at my fiance in the store, mind you. Never do business with these people.
