Always a great meal at Carne. We had a party of 20 last week, and everyone was very happy with the food and service.
I love the atmosphere and ambience of the place. Meg my server was very knowledgeable about the menu and the wine selection Which I quit large. Mark the bartender was also friendly and mad us laugh. The Cowboy riveted was cooked to perfection and the food came fast. My new favorite steak spot.

Had a business luncheon today and chose the chef special. Never disappointed!!! Melissa our server paired a fantastic bottle of wine!! Our favorite lunch spot!!!
I don't usually get my hopes up going to restaurants in 'touristy' areas. I mean, usually they just aren't going for repeat customers. I was really very pleasantly surprised when i visited my family in Tampa and they took me to Carne. The atmosphere was energetic, with both a vintage and modern vibe. My food was good, but medium steak came out looking more like well done - felt rushed - others in the party had worse food and all of us felt like they wanted the table for another party as soon as we sat down!

The worst medium rare filet mignon I've ever had. Overcooked and fatty. Overpriced rubbish. Rushed service and slow bar. I won't be going back.
Mine was good but my friend got the same ribeye as me and his was thinner than frlank steak with no sear.
