The best steak house in St. Louis – Our experiences at Carmine's are some of the best we've enjoyed in St. Louis. Toasted Ravioli are a must. The House Salad is superb. The Bone-In Ribeye is quite simply the best steak I have ever had. Also wonderful is the Filet Gorgonzola and the South African lobster tails. A nice wine list and the servers are attentive and helpful without hovering around you or being to pushy.
