We loved Dr. Finch and were with his previous practice for years before Dr. Arab closed that office down. Hated it ever since. The staff at this office are terrible. They often give wrong information, they are unprofessional, and they do not communicate at all. To the person who said try being nice first, I am always nice to them. Honestly one of the worst pediatrics horrible office staff they are so rude and unprofessional, never answer the calls when you go in person to try to make an appointment they tell you to call, you call and they put you on hold or hang up. If you have medi-cal and have experienced this I highly suggest reporting this and switching to another.
The doctor at the clinic is very caring and attentive. The staff is quite responsive and gave us whatever paperwork we needed. I am fully satisfied with their services and the care they provided to our kids!!
