HORRIBLE SERVICE! HORRIBLE! A woman named Lourdes Alonzo is horribly rude, untrained, unprofessional - does not know anything, no answers at all when you call and just hangs up on patients. Office closes at 5, but they stop taking calls much earlier with a message that they are closed. Referrals are incorrectly made. Test results are hard to get. The actual doctors seem to be ok, but the staff and all of the bureaucracy is very very bad. This seems like some sort of scam clinic.

Dismissive doctors, who spend just a few minutes with you and ready for the next one. Incompetent and rude staff. Good luck checking on any referrals that they are supposed to send. When you check on the referral with them, they don't know the medical terminology and straight tell you - "I don't know what it means, I don't know what this referral is for. Especially rude is Lourdes - she answers the phone and is totally untrained, rude and incompetent. We will likely seek a complaint with the medical board.
Unprofessional... Wendy only provided the last name M. She stated she was the manager and I can not speak to anyone else. Very argumentative and it actually doubts the caring of staff especially it being a pediatrician facility. I'm actually most likely going to transfer my child because having a special needs child and non verbal I can't continue with a facility like this one. Cross train your staff or get rid of them
