Carmen's has consistently terrible service. The food is good but wait staff is completely inattentive, gets orders wrong, and the management does nothing to make up for it.
Oh sure charge me extra for getting my food I couldn't finish in a to-go box.
Sadly, after a few strikes on prior visits, We chose last night to be our last visit to Carmen's. Our service was terrible, one of out orders was wrong @ took 30 minutes to get it replaced. Our server treated us as it was our fault that she brought out nachos instead of fajitas, we had to go up to the front to get more chips & drinks..... Haven't had a good experience there in awhile! Sorry Carmen's! You used to rock! ( I don't even want to give them one star)
Just there again last week. Carmen's has become a favorite. Live music and great service. The barbacoa was incredible!
