historical At first glance the building looks ancient. Like something from way way back in the days. When i went inside to take a look I found it be rather cozy in a way. The place is very clean and nice, and the rooms are very nice too. The bar however was kind of a turn off. It's a really small bar in the middle of the dining area, and it looks kind of scary in a way.
Lovely A beautiful historic building with a top notch restaurant and nice guest rooms, the Radisson is the perfect place for a delicious Sunday brunch or an elegant wedding reception.
A CLASSIC! This place is amazing! It has stood for probably a century and has made a return to it's greatness the past 20 years. It is in the heart of downtown Scranton. A beautiful building with a restaurant inside that is SOOO classy. Expensive, but you are treated like royalty to a fabulous dinner. The hotel is alsolutely gorgeous! Love the marble!
Bless the Blizzard – A short skiing trip and some exquisitely nasty snow forced us to the Marriott Hotel (the old railroad station) in Scranton. Miracles do happen. We had the pleasure of dining at Carmen's. An enchanting and diverse menu, excellent service, dining in a magnificent setting (the tile murals and the Tiffany glass ceiling are worth the trip) - this is a world-class restaurant.
