Great family owned business, it’s the heart of our community!
We love coming to Carmen’s! The staff is so friendly and kind. Frozen custard and Italian ice flavors are delicious! Gelato combinations are endless! ❤️❤️❤️
This place has the best Italian Ice in the DMV and they even cater events. We had them do my sons birthday party last summer and the kids went crazy.
