Some of the highlights is the atmosphere is so nice and friendly the staff has always been nothing but respectful and great whenever I was to go there. This is one of the great staples of Montgomery County Rockville MD and i hope that is around long enough so that my kids kids can experience the great memories that I have. To Carmen's may you stay as smooth as the ice cream you serve and tasteful as the ices!!

I highly recommend Carman Italian ice the Italian ice are so good. Its not over sweet like some companies. Its so many different favors that you can pick from or even taste. I really like them because the favor is really just what the name is like sweet tea actually taste like you have made sweet tea at home then put it in the freezer yourself thats how it is with every favors thats listedon the menu. We love Carmen’s desserts especially their Italian ices, gelatis, floats, coffee drinks, custard pies and ice cream sandwiches. They’re always trying new and fun things. Don’t miss out on their Jayden days when they host bands, jugglers and other entertainers. We’ve also hired them for birthday parties and they were a major hit. They also do so much to help the community such as fundraisers to help Coronavirus frontline workers at hospitals and other places. Great food, amazing service and a community builder!!
