Unprofessional and does not take time to go over contracts with clients. CarmenLuz is high pressure agent who want to close the transaction quickly without spending time with the client to clarify anything on the contracts and/or process. Required us to paint and declutter our home in one week for an open house. Unethical and not easy to work with. High commission compared to other agents in the area. I would not recommend her.
