He is very informative and actually spend time explaining the procedur
I was very well treated and expectations explained before and during procedure. Only reason not 5 stars is the longer wait to begin. If like to go in within a few mins of my appt start, however he doesn't rush people out so double edged sword. Very good experience overall.
