I adore my regular provider, but if she low not available for any reason, I'm happy that Dr. Kendall is an option. She was a wonderful listener and very relatable.
I have always had good care with Providence
Dr. Kendall was great - exactly what I needed to put me at ease regarding I'm doing great self care.
I saw Carmen Kendall one time to sign off on me to go back to work from having a concussion. She read my chart and understood what was going on with me before she came to the appointment, she understood concussion protocol, was able to assess me, and write my notes to return to work. Dr. Kendall is not my primary physician, however I was very impressed and thankful I got to work with her.
She was very genuine and easy to talk to and was interested in my well bed
In and out within 20 minutes, the doctor was super cool.
My usual provider is away on leave so this was my first experience with this provider. She came to the video well prepared. She Is clearly professional and kind. I felt listened to and understood. It is a big deal for we old people to feel seen and not simply dismissed. (We do talk about this happening more frequently as we age!) Dr Kendall was wonderful! Hope she stays at Providence!!!!
