Dr Carmen was amazing. I was in to get an explanation of a chest ray. Which I could then understand. Also discussed a Covid episode I just had. A perfect explanation.
Dr. Kendall was kind and attentive to my concerns. She listened to what I had to say, and ordered the x-ray I asked for because she agreed it was warranted. When pain is your primary symptom, it is easy to dismiss it. But she listened, postulated a cause, and ordered the test I needed to rule out more severe problems. This is exactly the kind of doctor you want to see when you've been injured and need help. I can't say enough good things about our visit together.
This was the first time I have seen Dr. Kendall. She was very understanding, listened to what I said, carefully checked out my left knee and explained how to treat it in the next few weeks. She was very pleasant, empathetic and easy to talk to.
