RecommendedThey have everything here.. eye ball ER, specialists and equipment for any emergency and/ or surgery. I recommend everything, not forgetting the free coffee, which is also awesome. And so is the staff, very patient with impatient, screaming customers. I have been coming here every some 3 days for awhile, and some of the staff deserves trophies for handling those situations.
RecommendedDr Berrocal is the best. She’s so caring, and involved with her patients more than being just a doctor. She takes her time to talk with us, and explain everything in great detail.

RecommendedI had double vision due to an accident. Had surgery with Dr. Hilda Capo; few days after my surgery I can see better. She’s very profesional and her staff’s very helpful.
My brother had surgery yesterday his whole family is down there in a hotel waiting to hear from him and take him home and no one from the hospital has called them to give them an update today they have no idea if he’s going to be discharged and they had to spend more money to get another hotel for another night this is absolutely horrible
I took my son out of North Shore Hospital and took him to University of Miami think he would get better care. All for him to have his procedure postponed for two days forcing him to go without water or food for both days because the machine needed for the procedure was not working. @wsvn need to get involved in this because the way they are treating my son is ridiculous. He had multiple strokes and now being starved like an animal.
Had a telemedicine appointment with a doctor. He prescribed drugs the he told me would probably not be approve by the insurance. Of course it wasn’t. When I try sending messages using the app, I was charged for each message I sent to the doctor. I had to do the job and be the liaison between the doctor and his assistant. She never called back or follow up. Almost 2 months later, no drugs being approve or prescribe. But I’m being charged for asking my doctor to tell me what’s the next step via message😡
