Carmela is a GREAT agent! The market has been challenging, and I was ready to stop looking, she motivated and coached me through the process. She searched for programs and found a bank with a lower interest rate and credit. I was able to get an amazing house that was in move-in condition with free brand-new appliances. She even negotiated seller credit, roof replacement, and gutters. Even after the sell, she has continued to be available to answer any new home buyer questions I have.

Carmela is a realtor who knows the market, professional in her negotiations, but also sympathetic to the needs of her clients. We recently purchased our first home near USC area (hot hot area) listed at $735k, but negotiated down to $700k, then to $690k and then to $685k.
