She searched for programs and found a bank with a lower interest rate and credit. I was able to get an amazing house that was in move-in condition with free brand-new appliances. She even negotiated seller credit, roof replacement, and gutters. Even after the sell, she has continued to be available to answer any new home buyer questions I have.
