We came to visit as first timers and the rules are so ridiculous we left. My completely water safe 7 yr old apparently needed me to be in arms length in the water and can’t use the water slide. She burst into tears and we left. I’ve been a lifeguard and swim instructor for several years - worked and visited countless pools. I’ve never encountered such strict rules that ruin the fun of a community pool. I don’t see us revisiting.
Unrealistic expectations for kids to pass swim test. Basically if they don't have perfect form and don't always look to the side, they won't pass. It's weird!
