Exceptional skill. Good patient and staff interactions. Dr. Karam will give you the results of 'bringing you gently back to yourself' in regards to your own face and features. My aging skin and sagging muscles were skillfully and carefully tightened in my face and neck. He gave me exactly what I wanted: to look the best possible for my age of late 60s, not a version of my former, youthful self. I have been going to Dr. Karam for 5+ years. I think he is the best facial plastic surgeon in San Diego. His precision is on point, and his results are the most natural Ive seen. He is super hot and friendly too! (That helps).
Had a great experience with my hydrafacial! I love that I can come to a place where all my beauty needs are under one roof. Dr. Karam has a practice that is clean and organized and a staff that is helpful and educated. Hilary was knowledgeable, took her time with me and even ended my treatment with a facial massage. I will be back in a few weeks for my filler and Botox and someday, Ill be ready for a facelift with the doctor!
Sumi is a great professional. What I love about her is not only the amount of knowledge she has in what she does, but the amount of caring, empathy and understanding towards me as a person. She looks out to my best interest, by giving me wise advices in what is the best approach. I have known Sumi for a long time, and she has always been amazing. Very happy patient :-).
I love this office! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Plus they are super organized which made me feel i was in good hands. Dr. Karam is a superb doctor. So friendly and knowledgeable and his work is wonderful. Would definitely recommend.
Dr Karam is personable and takes the necessary time with his patients. He is an excellent surgeon and his goal is always a natural look that does not look like you have had a procedure done. I have been coming to him for over eight years now, and will continue to do so as I grow 'younger'! .
I was treated very well when I had an incident with Dr. Karam which concerned lip augmentation. He is a great doctor and very skilled. His office is professional and very kind.
Overall I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Karam. I had a rhinoplasty and it was a particularly challenging case. I believe he did the best job that could have been done and overall I never think about my nose anymore which is a huge win. I am still waiting for the swelling to go down so I am eager to see how it will look in another 8-12 months. Recovery wise, this process was amazingly easy.
