My appointment was scheduled for 10a.m. I got a confirmation email from your office a week prior to which I replied. One day prior to my scheduled appt. I received a phone call from your office informing me that my appt. was 11a.m. I checked my email again and decided to show up at 10am. It appears to me that front staff may be newly hired. Additional training and time may rectify some of this miscommunication. I felt better after I met d. assistant, Dr. Shreiner and Irene.
Due to a mixup I arrived a day early but your staff worked me in anyhow.I REALLY APPRECIATED THIS !
Her whole staff is thankfully, quite professional!!......compared...to where I came from. As, I was more than empressed with her "state of the art" equipment....and staff! and that is only the beginning.... Thanks soooo much for seeing me so quickly, as I need my FRONT teeth to talk and to converse with my customers!!
