Our father was admitted to the facility in March 2020 to early July 2020. When he was first admitted, his care was completed under the acute care area of the facility. He was then transitioned to standard care for the final duration of his stay. While under the management of the standard/nursing area of the facility, my father succumbed to several injuries due to the neglect of the nursing staff. My mom was admitted there 12.26.2019. She has had only ONE bed bath with no hairwash since that time. Her roomate screams in pain all day and night. It takes 15 minutes or longer to get staff even to come to the room. Im very very disappointed that Kaiser contracts with this facility.

Profesional and friendly.
My husband was there for 100 days. He was in the sub-acute wing on a ventilator. The staff was wonderful and very caring, even to me.

First of all very clean and very nice staff with my uncle
My mom has been there for two years now. She was sent there from hospital. She was recovering from congestive heart failure. Then she went into long term care. It's the best in San Diego!
