Just wanted to say thank you to your entire staff. I've never once not spent my entire time crying for no reason during my visits in the past, but somehow your office helped calm me down. I really appreciated the detail and time Dr. Carpenter spent talking about my teeth before a cleaning. I'm not sure if that's standard procedure, but I recommend it to any scaredy cats, as one of the worst parts for me is waiting for the end where in my mind, the dentist finally comes in to look and tell me I need 100 root canals...
