RecommendedThe little touches around here were killing me w their beauty. Eg the subtle blue of the bedroom walls contrasted w the white of the ceiling. The hardwood floor has those early American prints. In the bathroom there are those teeny tiles where the neutral tiles meet. Every single one is different but they have their colors blue and white in common but in different arrangements and shades, no arrangement ever repeated. Absolutely adorable. The subtle touches rock.
This place is beautiful,relaxing and peaceful,if you want to get away and relax.You will love it. Charming place with great hospitality of the innkeeper and the crew.�
Absolutely breathtaking! Perfect in every way and worth every dollar spent for our stay. I would return in a heartbeat! A 3 minute walk to the beach if that and a 10 minute walk up towards downtown Carmel. The cottage we stayed in was Trade winds and it was stocked with everything you need to have to enjoy a home away from home! Don't hesitate to book here you will not be disappointed!

THE BEST place to stay when in Carmel! The cottages are cozy, comfortable, and make you wish you could call them home. The location is beautiful- a close walk to the beach or a nice walk in to town. We recommend this place to everyone! We've been lucky enough to have stayed in 2 of the 5 cottages, Home Port & Log Haven. They are very clean and well-kept. Kitchens come equipped with everything you need! I highly recommend staying at least 3 nights.
I have been all over the country and The Carmel Cottage Inn is one of my all time favorite places to stay. The cottages are comfy cozy and decorated beautifully. The owners have really put love and special attention into the cottages and grounds. They are absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
