I own a very beautiful dress from this store and I love it, however I have tried to come into the store several times since this purchase and everytime I arrive the store is closed. The posted hours are 12-5 everyday aside from Sunday and Monday , I am here right now on a Thursday at 2pm and it is closed. It’s fairly disappointing as I really like their clothes and love what I can see through the window just please let me in!

I’ve loved the clothing I’ve gotten here, but the customer service needs to be better. I was specifically told I could pick up my order on a specific day just to arrive at the store and it be closed. I was then ignored (DMd, texted & called) while trying to arrange a way for me to get my order. I was even told it would be dropped off to me, which when I checked in for a drop off ETA, I was once again ignored. I eventually got an apology and was personally delivered my purchase, which helped remedy my negative experience.
Excellent customer service!! The owner was super friendly while I was picking up my online order in store! Will definitely be a recurring customer.
Staff is hands on and helpful, not to mention the clothing is gorgeous! Always a great experience.
