I had heated seats added upon signing,realized early on the light on the passengers side didn't come on. I called,left messages,finally I drove in.The man who greeted me quickly became angry.He said, the reason nobody called was because the woman who sold me my Jeep was dying of cancer and I should be ashamed. The service adviser has been little to no help. His communication with us has been few & far between. He did not work to help get my repairs covered by the warranty company & has barely answered any questions we have had. Regret our decision to take our vehicle into Champion for service.

We had an awesome car buying experience. Clarence was great! Very professional and well spoken. We did not feel any pressure at all to purchase a vehicle. They let us look and choose on our own time, which to me is a very big part in the car buying experience. We got a great deal on our charger and walked out very happy customers. Thank you.
Clarence was so very patient with us - my husband took a very long time to decide on his vehicle, but Clarence was happy to make time to answer all our questions, and even more than a few test drives. He was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Great to work with!

Clarence greeted me with with a peaceful demeanor and showed me what I wanted to see. He was knowledgeable of the inventory and each car I looked at. Clarence Johnson was very patient with us and gave us multiple options to consider when buying a new vehicle. We test drove some vehicles, but found the one that fit us just right.
