RecommendedWe searched quite a bit in the Carmel area for the best place to live and landed here. Since moving in, I can say with confidence that we made the right choice. It is within walking distance to the City Center and the Arts District while being very close to the monon trail. The apartment complex had everything we wanted and more. We love our attached garage and huge balcony. The kitchen space is great and makes living with a roommate so much easier when we are both in the kitchen. I feel safe in the complex, and it is ALWAYS clean!!
Best location and view in Carmel! I absolutely love my apartment, the quiet yet accessible location, the amenities (especially the gorgeous pool/grill and firepit!), and the timeliness of maintenance services! I moved in at the end of April and have nothing but great things to say :)

I've lived in these apartments for 8+ years and I'm looking to leave. The office staff talks a lot about improvements that are coming soon, but I've yet to see any of them come to fruition. Maintenance used to be available on the weekends, but that's no longer the case unless you have a "life threatening emergency". The office seems much more focused on what is convenient for them than on what is convenient for residents. Location is great, but I'd look elsewhere.
