RecommendedWife and I have lived here since last August and we could not be happier with this place. The staff is remarkably helpful and attentive. Clean and well maintained property/apartments and grounds. There are social events nearly every month - even during the lock down they made sure to (responsibly) keep everyone involved with online contests and even a coffee wagon when things were starting to open up. I have lived here since last summer and have no complaints ! Every time I needed something they were quick to answer and fix it. They were great with the winter months and love the pet friendly and reflection pool!
I could not express enough how AMAZING Carmel Center is!!!! The apartments our breath taking and the amenities they offer are like no others. I mean, they have a dog washing station on site. How much better can it get?!? Every time I call in a problem with my apartment, it's always complete by the time I get home from work! The girls in the office are always very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I have. Thanks Carmel Center!! 🥰🥳
Zero complaints since day one. Minor service issues were resolved quickly, walking distance to Monon, and apartments seem to be well built with no noise complaints/utility issues
Great apartment! Everyone is so friendly especially the staff. All my requests so far have been met and dealt with promptly. The free starbucks coffee in the lobby everyday is an amazing benefit to living here as well as the very clean facilities. There is a reflection pool, professional dog cleaning room (kept amazingly sanitized), grills, fire pit, and it’s so close to the christkindle market!
Location is perfect, walking distance from the trail and nearby shops and restaurants. Apartments are spacious and well-equipped. Kitchen has a lot of storage space which is the best part. All the maintenance requests are taken care of well in time and the staff is friendly. Its an amazing place to live and some great view from the apartment.
LOVE the maintenance crew. any time i see them around they always wave and say hello. Also, the two times i've had to put in a request since i've lived here (just over a year), they were very prompt to complete the request and did a great job.
I've lived here for two years now in both a two bedroom and a one bedroom, and I have nothing but great things to say. I've never had any major maintenance issues, and the minor issues are always resolved within a day or two. It's very family friendly and quiet, and I never hear any neighbors through the walls. The location speaks for itself, and almost everything you need is within walking distance. Excellent place to live, I would highly recommend -Clayton Moore
Highly recommend ,very nice apartments ,the staff office are very kind and helpful also best maintenance ever .if you have any problems they fixed very fast .very professional ,also very good location ,close to everything and beautiful area .
