I paid $350 for their flagship service on my SUV, it was pretty dirty so I expected them to take around 3 hours, I wanted them to take there time and I asked if they could install my new seat covers. After 3.5 hours I got a call saying that my car was ready, it looked like they did the base vacuum service and didn't even clean the inside of my windshield. They do great work on the wash and wax!
Have been going to this place since it opened years ago. Today when cars were lined up because of the snow and ice we’ve had, they conveniently didn’t “have the $7 basic wash”. Only the $12 and up. I’m pretty sure you use the same water for the $7 as you do the $12. $5 isn’t going to break me, but it’s the principle that they took advantage of this past week’s circumstances and tried to screw over their customers. Terrible way to do business and I hope people find other places to go.
