Roach Infestation I am just moving to New Orleans from Dallas,Tx. On 7/31 I walked into the office as my roommate awaited. Before doing a viewing first we was rushed to get a money order and finish finalizing the signing. The viewing was very short and fast. The entire office staff is rude and racist. Most disrespectful people I've ever met. I'm pretty sure all these wonderful reviews with their 5 stars were paid to say how amazing this place is. No security, gate has been broken for over a year and worked for a week, mold in bathrooms and kitchens, living room floor sinks inward, filled with criminals and crooks. absolutely the worst place ever. Spend the extra $100 for a safer and friendlier complex.
I recommend Carmel Brook apartments. The staff be on top of things. The apartments are very quiet, clean, 247 security. You can pay your rent online which is convenient if you don’t have transportation. There’s a fitness area pool area. I love living in Carmel Brooks I have been here since March, I haven’t had any issues with the staff coming out to fix anything I need. The front office staff would fix any issues you have in a timely manner. I would give them a 5🌠

From the day I picked up an application I knew this was a great place, the office staff was friendly and answered any and every question without hesitation. Moving inn was a breeze and I was given a thorough tour of my apartment, they wanted to make sure I was happy with everything before moving in which is amazing. The community is kind and very quiet. I would definitely recommend anyone to come check it out. I wish I could give more than five stars.
Apartments are spacious! I moved in last minute & even with my attitude (I apologized lol) they still had the apartment ready with some of the nicest maintenance men in the world. Felt better about the neighborhood after talking with them. Few nosey neighbors which isn’t too bad & Gate is being fixed due to new management, so hopefully in a few weeks it’ll be working. Otherwise, I like it :)
I give Carmel Brook apartments 5 ⭐️, the people in the office is very professional and number one in customer service. And the maintenance crew is the best!!
