Repair services at CarMedix is always excellent. I am glad to have them as my main mechanics.
They did complimentary work all the time as a result of my having the bigger work done here.
They always get me in, have given me loaners, free oil changes and overall give an industry that historically has a bad reputation, a good name.
I went to carmedix to get my car fixed after an accident. I experienced the most carefree experience. They took car of my towing, car rental and all the insurance headache. My car was done on time and looked great! What more can you ask for?
I like the shop. its location and the the people are what has brought me back for last few years. with the exception of couple of times with minor mishaps I don't have any complains. and I would recommend the shop to friends and family. good luck all
The service advisors were very fast and very helpful. I don't think I was there more than 30 min before they had a rental car dropped off and i was on my way to work. also, the had called me with an estimate on the fuel pump that went out on my car before I made it to the office, not only that but the told me what had been making that clunk when I went over the bumps - FOR NO CHARGE.
Last week my car died while driving and the operator from AAA said that Carmedix was the closest AAA approved shop. I have to say that it was not the typical shop setting I was expecting. As soon as i walked in the waiting and show rooms were huge and comfortable. I didn't feel like I was waiting in a converted broom closet.
Not a recommendation. After taking several hundred dollars to fix a leaking oil gasket in my car, the leak persisted. The leak was so bad it made my universal belt damp with oil and come off the belt pulleys twice. Three months after 1st came in, I finally asked for it to be repaired or my money refunded. I was told they do not warranty their work in any way. Not 1 day or 90 days after I had it serviced would there be a warranty. If you expect service after the sale, the auto clinic is not the place to go
