Apparently you have to check in at the desk first...ok...don't have to do that at the other carmax's but alright. Had to wait 30 mins for a sales person.
They offered $1k more Power down the street for my old car.

Well if I told my best friend about this place I say if you work for this place.Be very careful of providing sound wisdom to Rob.It appears he takes it personal if you inform him.Most accidents happen backing up and left turns.Like the one today was preventable. It supposedly was able to give the customer of the gold car a $500.00 discount when the gold car hit the white van.Yet if supervisor Rob had a ground guide it would have never happend.So Rob used the shifting technique.
