I HATE car shopping and get horrible anxiety about the whole experience. If you are looking for a new car this place is amazing! No haggling! No one pressured me into anything! I got an amazing interest rate through the dealership! Corban was so nice and just “easy”. It was definitely not the experience I was expecting. Just needed to give a huge shoutout to them.

Horrible warranty policy, try to push you to Factory dealer when you purchase their $1500 MaxCare warranty.
I can’t recommend CarMax Manchester enough. They are AMAZING. Easiest, most painless, straightforward car buying experience ever of all time - and I even traded a vehicle! Tommy is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered every question before I had a chance to ask. RecommendedOur salesman Chris Schuttes was beyond exceptional in our car buying experience. I have never been comfortable buying a car, until I visited Car max in Buford GA. Chris went out of his way twice to make sure we were happy with our purchase and receiving a card from him with our picture on it was just the icing on the cake! I really wish i could have given them zero stars. This is the worst car buying experience i have ever had! The sales rep was so into her phone on top of the fact she didn’t know what she was doing. I never got my tag, the sales rep supposedly put in a service request to have them order my second key fob that i never got. And the only way you can get some resolution is to call the corporate office. If i did not love my car, i promise i would take this car back and get all my money back.
