A very disappointed in buying my car I've had to turn my car in about five times to fix an issue, and they told me that they do not do the 125 point inspection they claim to do
It was a straightforward easy purchase experience. All of the people that I dealt with were honest and forthcoming about the details and pricing without being pushy. The car had to be brought from another location and actually arrived ahead of schedule. Delivery was easy and went quickly. There service of taking care of the title transfer and registration at the Tag Office was well worth it.
I bought a 2013 Ford mustang they ripped me off. First of all a 2013 for $20,000,that's already beyond overpriced. Supposedly perfect. They failed to mention this vehicle was previously in a wreck it's worth half that. Now I'm stuck unless I give it back and ruin my credit, I can't trade because I'm so upside down. I don't recommend. Update: i did follow up with corporate carmax and they did nothing. They are charging new car prices for used cars
