What was initially a great experience turned sour fast. Got approved rather quickly and was all set to have our new vehicle delivered when they said they suddenly couldn’t deliver because their delivery vehicle was broke down and we’d have to pick up curbside, that the car would be waiting on us when we got there. Awful. I made the mistake of purchasing a Cadillac there. It has been nothing but problems. I bought an extended warranty. I paid the deductible on a a repair. But those clowns made some mistakes and I had to bring it back. Another 250.00 deductible. I refuse to give them more money for the lemon they sold me. They won't stand by their product, work or customers. The manager was "off " when I was there. Unavailable. Do NOT purchase a car with these scam artists.

He helped me get my down payment lowered by almost half, he was genuinely concerned about getting me into a vehicle that I was happy with.
