It was TRUELY A NO HASSLE experience! Mr. KERRY and Mrs. Jennifer were Wonderful, very organized , and well informed about everything I needed to know. I walked in told them what I wanted... and Mr. Kerry simply obliged. They made my experience with CarMax one to remember!!
#carmax sold us a lemon & won't refund us, instead they want to give us less money than we owe on it. We've had 2 near losses, serious safety hazards, in the 10 months. So serious there could have been fatalities if we weren't so lucky! It's only a 2016 #chrysler #Fiat 500x! I've been pleased with CarMax up to this point. I contacted this store this past Saturday to schedule an appraisal and look at a specific Kia Soul they had listed. Elizabeth Cox was our assigned associate. She emailed back and forth a couple of times. On the way there (an hour drive for us) I gave her the information on the car we wanted to look at. She responded and told me she had tagged the car so it would be ready for a test drive when we got there. Was the absolute worst sales experience I have ever had in my entire life. I had bought 4 cars previously at CarMax and it was an easy experience. Took 2 hours max. Yesterday I was there for 3+ hours. My sales associate was the worst. I have never had to work so hard to get the paperwork done. On my previous experiences I would hand them my pre-approval financing from my credit union and the business office would take care of everything.
